Good location, very close to under ground station. A quit street.

The apartment was poorly equiped, and seemed unmaintened.There was air conditioner only on the top floor which could not cool the entire house

Good location close to metro station Spittelau. We bougt 2 day ticket for metro and you could use it as much as you wanted

Some of the kitchen ware was dirty. Very hard to find parking space in the streets around the apartment.

Apartment ( ground floor) had plenty of space, cooking facilities and was secure. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby and terrific access via trams.

Bed was basic and table very small in dining area, and other residents smoked and chatted close to window....but considering this was the base, economy room , it was still very good value for Vienna

What would you highlight about Townhouse Apartments Wien

Very close to the U6 Nussdorfer Strasse metro station (5 minute walk) & there is a tram stop at the end of the street. Clean accommodation. Our apartment (number 16) had a spacious living room/kitchenette but bedroom was small but this would not let that stop me from recommending this property.

Very well located in terms of access into the city with choice of tramway, train and bus Apartment was well equipped- great shower! and even had washing machine and space on balcony for whole family to relax. It’s in a Clean safe area with great parks close by. The local park even had a kids swimming pool for hot days and a number of playgrounds- see photo A number of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance

Master bedroom - the bed touches both walls so you have to climb over the bed to get in, but not a problem for us.

The bathroom was clean and it had a fridge. They also gave good recommendations for restaurants.

Everything was damp, blankets, bed, towels, the couch, our bags and clothes ended up getting damp too. The photos hadn’t indicated that we were going to be underground. It ended up being very cold and dark the whole time with no natural lighting. The couch was covered by what looked like a dirty blanket, and when that was moved it revealed an old worn out damp couch. The photos were nothing like what we expected. There was still rubbish on top of the shower from the last person.

Good location with several tram stations and a metro station, located in a quiet area, near a few groceries and supermarket. Equipped complete kitchen stuff.

The pillows are not comfortable and the bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, we felt very hot those days. Besides, we didn’t find oil in the kitchen which made it difficult to have a nice breakfast.

What would you highlight about Townhouse Apartments Wien

Firstly, it was great to check in using just the code that was sent via email !! Great solution to make your guest life easy - no need for early morning/ or late night meeting, you just enter the code, get your keys and you' re in :) Secondly, we had 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious, clean, very modern. It has everything you need - washing machine, coffee machine and dishwasher. Also the localization was good, just a few minutes from metro or about 30 walk to get to city centre :)

The parking spot recommended by host ( in case you didn't find free parking spot on the street) was quite expensive - 28 EUR a day

The spacious apartments are equipped with with all necessary appliances and consumables (gel for washing machine and dishwasher tablets). A great set of tableware and dishes. Comfortable furniture. Rooms location is especially convenient for families with children or two families of 2-3 people. Large balcony overlooks the inner courtyard. There is a real possibility of free parking. The subway stop is about 5- minutes walk. Easy access to all major attractions. It was our first visit to Vienna and we were very pleased with our stay here. I loved this apartment - big and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro station. Very comfortable bed and quiet sleep at night. Also plus points for quick and easy check-in and out: few days prior to your arrival, you receive a code for the door to open and another one to get your key from a secured box. When you leave, you drop your key in the box and you are done. I also had a couple of questions for the property and they answered me quickly and with a lot of info.

We could arrive at any time after 2pm and get the keys without need someone to wait for us. The apartment was clean and equipped with every appliance we needed. Free parking is big bonus. And the terrace was great. Would recommend and return again.

The apartment was so clean that I thought it was new. Bathroom was super clean like the rest of the house. It was incredible to find such a perfect place for such a low price. Metro station is 200 meters or less from the flat. I highly suggest it to anybody going to Vienna for any reason!

Close to u-bahn and s-bahn that made it easy to reach the city centre in 20 min. We arrived quite late, so the check in arrangement where we just were given an access code was great.
